“You don’t need to be fit, motivated, or have everything figured out before starting, you just need to be willing to begin.”
Fit for Life is a small-group, high-support program designed to guide you step-by-step through lasting health changes during midlife.
Over a total of nine weeks, you’ll receive coaching, structure, education, accountability, and ongoing support, all within a personalized and supportive environment.
(1st payment due at sign-up, 2nd due 30 days later)
By selecting the payment plan option, you agree to complete both payments. This is not a month-to-month membership.
Private coaching of this level typically costs $150+ per session. Fit for Life provides eight weeks of structured coaching and daily support at a fraction of that investment.
Because this is a small, supportive group, space is limited to ensure every participant receives personal attention.
To keep the group supportive and aligned, enrollment begins with a short application. This helps ensure Fit for Life is the right fit for you.

Because the program is only eight weeks, consistency is important. If you miss a workout, simply use that as your rest day and continue with the next scheduled workout. The goal is to stay consistent throughout the program.
Gym access is not required, but you will need a variety of dumbbells that increase in small increments and a way to perform interval cardio (such as a treadmill, bike, or similar option). If you don’t have these at home, I recommend using a gym during the program, as many offer low-cost monthly memberships. For example, Crunch Fitness starts at $13/month and Planet Fitness starts at $15/month.
Yes. The program is fully customizable to your current fitness level. It’s intentionally structured with built-in progression and strategic workout flow, so you don’t have to think about what to do next. The plan also adjusts at key points to manage fatigue and support consistent progress. You simply follow the plan and focus on showing up.
Most participants spend about 4–6 hours per week on exercising and meal prep, which typically breaks down to about 45–60 minutes per day, depending on how you structure your week. Everything is designed to be realistic and manageable within a busy schedule.
No. Nutrition is already structured for you by properly portioning the macronutrients your body needs, while still allowing flexibility in food choices. Using a simple hand-portion guide, you’ll know how much to eat at each meal, no weighing, measuring, or tracking required.
Many women experience sustainable fat loss as they begin supporting their bodies through strength, nutrition, and recovery. The focus is on improving overall health and body composition rather than quick or extreme weight loss, so progress can be maintained long after the program ends.
That’s not a problem at all. Travel is part of life, and this program is designed to work with it. You have If you’re staying at a hotel, you can use the hotel gym, and many hotels partner with nearby fitness facilities if they don’t have one onsite. Choosing accommodations with a kitchenette or easy access to grocery stores can also make nutrition easier. If you’re staying with family or friends, getting a temporary pass at a local gym and setting expectations around your nutrition can help you stay consistent. The goal is to stay consistent, not perfect, even while traveling.
You’ll have access to a private community, weekly group calls, and direct messaging support throughout the program. Because the group is small, you’ll receive personalized guidance and encouragement along the way.
Yes, yes, and yes. This program is specifically designed to support the hormonal and physiological changes that occur during midlife, including perimenopause, at menopause, and post-menopause.
After you submit your application, it will be carefully reviewed to ensure the program is the right fit. You’ll receive an email with the decision within 48 hours. If accepted, you’ll be invited to join the Fit for Life small group and will receive instructions to reserve your spot.
The right approach can change everything.
