An Intimate Luxury Retreat

For the October 16–20, 2026 One Radiant Life experience, you'll spend four nights in a beautiful luxury home thoughtfully chosen to help you disconnect from everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and experience true restoration.

I created One Radiant Life because I believe women deserve the time and space to calm their nervous systems, understand their changing bodies, and discover sustainable habits that support lasting health.

As a Certified Master Health Coach, my approach combines evidence-based guidance with practical strategies designed for real life, not perfection.

My goal is for you to leave feeling restored, supported, and confident in how to care for your body moving forward.

FAQ

Who is this designed for?

Women navigating midlife who want a deeper understanding of their changing bodies and practical strategies to support long-term health. Specifically, we'll explore the foundations of whole-body well-being, including the nervous system, hormones, exercise, and nutrition.


Do I need to be physically fit?

No. Activities are restorative and designed to be accessible. With that said, participants will have the opportunity to inform the host of any injuries or medical conditions during the sign-up process.


Are meals included?

Yes. All meals are prepared by a private chef and designed to nourish your body throughout the experience.
During the sign-up process, you'll have the opportunity to list any food allergies or special requests.


Will there be free time?

Absolutely. Quiet restorative time is intentionally built into each day. This will be your time to enjoy your favorite peaceful activity to calm the mind & body. Make sure to bring something to do for this dedicated time.

Some restorative time ideas: reading, journaling, knitting or crocheting, going for a walk, adult coloring, scrapbooking, yoga, napping, meditating or breathwork, etc.

Please avoid activities that could disturb other participant's peace or be considered messy or damaging to your environment, such as painting or similar crafts.


How many women are accepted for each guided 4-night experience?

Each One Radiant Life experience is limited to just 8-12 midlife women (depending on location) to create a personalized, supportive, and meaningful experience.


What do I need to bring?

Pack similarly to how you would pack for a weekend getaway, including toiletries. Your stay will include Friday evening, three full days (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday), and Tuesday morning. Dress in comfortable and flexible attire for mobility routines, Yin yoga practice, and gentle movement (gym attire, including shoes).

Bring something to do during your dedicated quiet restorative time and a yoga mat (or similar) for stretching and gentle movement.

Our final dinner together is an opportunity to dress up, enjoy a special evening of dining, connection, and mocktails. All are encouraged to wear an outfit that makes them feel radiant for our final evening as we celebrate one another and reflect on our incredible time together.


What does immersive experience mean?

One Radiant Life is a device-free environment. By stepping away from the constant demands and distractions of daily life, participants create space to slow down, calm their nervous systems, restore their energy, and reconnect with themselves.

To support a truly immersive experience, participants are encouraged to leave laptops, tablets, smartwatches, and other nonessential devices at home. Smartphones, key fobs, and any devices brought to the retreat will be securely stored for the duration of the experience.

While participants will not have access to their devices during the retreat, an emergency contact number will be provided to family members and loved ones should they need to reach a participant.


Will I have my own room?

Participants should expect to potentially share a room with one other participant (location-dependent). Accommodations are designed to foster connection while still providing ample opportunities for personal space, quiet reflection, and restoration throughout the experience.


What's the 50-minute personalized restorative spa treatment?

To complement the restorative nature of One Radiant Life, each participant will enjoy one 50-minute restorative treatment, such as a lymphatic drainage massage with a Certified Massage Therapist or a personalized signature facial with a qualified Aesthetician, depending on the location.

A lymphatic drainage massage is a massage technique designed to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid throughout the body, helping support circulation, reduce fluid buildup, and promoting relaxation and stress relief.

A personalized facial is a customized skincare treatment tailored to your skin's unique needs, designed to cleanse, nourish, and promote a healthy, radiant complexion.


Do I need to participate in every activity?

No. There's no pressure. While a thoughtful schedule has been created to support your experience, all activities are optional. You're encouraged to participate in whatever feels supportive and comfortable for you. Whether that means attending every session, spending extra time in quiet reflection, or simply resting in your room, this experience is yours to enjoy in the way that best meets your needs.
